Continuity Sequence

 Our continuity sequence

We were asked to make a continuity sequence demonstrating the 180 degree rule. We worked in groups of four, I worked with Laine Mantell, Oliver Pickett and Fiona Kenn. We used equipment such as a tripod and a steadicam, and edited using Final Cut Pro, watching back our sequence we have learnt that we need to adjust some of the camerawork during some shots in order to shift the focus of the viewer, we will take this into consideration when making our title sequence. We decided to take different roles, I was given editing and director, Oliver filmed and also edited, Laine and Fiona acted during the sequence but also shared the role of filming. Although we were all issued main roles we all participated in the different roles, we also listened to each others ideas about what we thought would work best.
